You are not required to provide any personal data in order to use this website. The site has no registration, no contact form, and no functions that require disclosure of information.
When you access this website, certain technical information is transmitted by your browser and processed by the hosting provider in server log files. This includes: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referring URL (if any), and browser / operating system identifiers.
Purpose: Operating a secure and stable website, defending against attacks, diagnosing
technical problems.

Retention: Vercel processes server log data only for the minimum period necessary for
the purposes above. Logs visible in the operator's dashboard are retained for one hour. Internal
backups containing log data may be retained by Vercel for up to 30 days for disaster-recovery purposes.
The controller occasionally distributes individualised tracking links of the form
www.olivierocannelli.com/r/<identifier>, intended for specific recipients (e.g.
addressees of professional outreach). When such a link is clicked, the following information is
recorded before the visitor is redirected to the homepage:

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in evaluating own outreach
activities, weighed against the limited and pseudonymised nature of the data collected.
Retention: Click records are retained for no longer than 90 days, after which
they are deleted.
No third-party transfer: Geolocation is derived from the hosting provider's
edge network; no separate geolocation service is contacted.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A Data Processing Addendum has been concluded: vercel.com/legal/dpa. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the United States. In addition, the website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless first-party
analytics service operated by Vercel as a processor under the same DPA. It collects aggregate,
anonymised metrics — pageviews, top pages, referring domains, country, device type, and browser —
without setting cookies and without persisting unique identifiers. According to Vercel, IP addresses
are processed only transiently to derive coarse country/region information and are not stored.

Web fonts are delivered by Bunny Fonts, operated by BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta Komandanta Staneta 4A, 4290 Tržič, Slovenia. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, fingerprinting, or web-analytics services of any kind.
If you contact the controller by email, your message and email address are processed for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to handle the matter and is then deleted, subject to any statutory retention obligations.
